Great crust. Crunch and decent thickness. Small amount of whipped cream at the end which is good. Good tartness and great consistency. Green gel looks good but doesn’t add flavor. Gel brings it down.

Pie is creamy, a little less firm but good consistency. Could’ve more tart. Crust is good thickness but a bit crumbly. Not tart enough.

Nice presentation – cute but minimal gel and not too much whipped topping; great tartness, perfect consistency, perfect crust; slice was a bit on the small side
